Tyres rarely fail at a convenient time. Most of our emergency work is in the evening, overnight and at weekends, when tyre centres are shut and breakdown cover will only tow you to one. We fix the problem where the car is instead.
If you are on a live lane of a motorway or dual carriageway, get everyone out on the verge side and behind the barrier, and call National Highways or 999 first. Once the vehicle is somewhere safe (a lay-by, slip road, services, car park or your drive), call us and we will come to you. Hazard lights on, and stay out of the vehicle at the roadside.
